Event details

  • The event will take place rain or shine and it will not be impacted by adverse weather conditions. As stated in the event agreement that all registered participants have signed during the online tee time booking process, the event is rain or shine and will not be postponed due to rainy or adverse weather conditions. Similar to your traditional golf course, the weather conditions are part of the game. Most of the event is experienced under covered areas where you will be protected from the rain (with the exception of the actual tee boxes and small portions of the course walking path), and as such, cold, rainy or stormy conditions won't prevent you from playing the course or experiencing the event in all of its glory.

  • Arrive with your playing partners no later than 30 minutes in advance of your tee time and check-in each player at the Clubhouse. Groups are scheduled to tee off every 4 minutes, so if you are not available when your name is called at the Clubhouse, you will miss your tee time. We can not delay tee times due to the volume of players attending the event, so please arrive at the venue no later than 30 minutes prior to your tee time. Doors to the venue will open at 6:30AM.

  • We will provide complimentary use of standard-sized 8 irons, 9 irons, Pitching Wedges, and Sand Wedges at each of the nine holes and VIP warm-up areas. If you are left-handed and/or choose to bring your own clubs, you are free to do so.

  • Hole distances are expected to range from approximately 70 yards up to 150 yards (adjusted for slope).

  • Complimentary parking is available in the Diamond Lot South, Lot A, and Lot B.

  • Enter the venue at Center Field Gate located between Crawford and Congress
